Please stop by the school this summer Monday-Thursday, 7:30 am -4:30 pm to register your child. At the time of registration, you must provide
- Certificate of immunization
- Certified birth certificate
- Social security card
- Proof of residency in Pageland (a bill mailed to your address)
- Medicaid Card and Food Stamp number (if applicable)
