Joyner's Bio

My name is Samantha Joyner and I am excited to begin my 2nd year teaching second grade at Petersburg Primary. I have several years of experience teaching preschool-age children. I received a Master's in Education and Leadership in 2019 and a Bachelor's in Interdisciplinary Studies in 2017. I am enrolled in the Teacher’s of Tomorrow program to receive my teaching credentials.

I strive to build positive nurturing relationships with my students and create a community of learners who will grow in a positive, safe, and fun environment.

I look forward to working with all families as partners in your child's growth and development throughout the school year!
