Angie Thompson

The 2023-2024 school year will be my first full year at Petersburg Primary.  I started last year teaching 5K during the second semester.  I love working with 4 year olds.  I recently moved from Georgia where I taught Pre-K for 19 years.  I received my bachelors degree from Georgia Southern University.  I went on to Georgia Southwestern to complete my masters and specialist degree.  

 

My husband is Todd and we have been married for 24 years.  We have a 21 year old daughter and a 17 year old son.  I like to work in the yard or do DIY projects around the house.  I try to walk on the treadmill or do some type of weight bearing exercise as often as possible.  I also like to read historical fiction books.
