Sinead Tyson

My name is Sinead Tyson. I graduated from University of South Carolina with a bachelors in Organizational Leadership. In 2017, I started my teaching journey with UCPS. I fulfilled the roles of a math tutor and an instructional assistant in pre-k. Currently, I am enrolled in the teachers of tomorrow alternative program where I will obtain certification. I am a first year teacher at Petersburg Primary School and I am excited to be teaching at the same school I attended as a child. I look forward to a great year of molding and shaping the minds of my students while preparing them for their bright futures. My goal is to meet each student where they are, help them to grow, and making learning fun. I look forward to establishing great relationships with my students and their families because it takes a village for our students to be successful.
